Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager II to lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned clinical trials. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, timelines, and SOPs while ensuring regulatory compliance and sponsor communication.

The role targets a senior PM with 5+ years in the industry and 3+ years in Phase I–III management. It offers a home-based position with flexible hours and room for career growth at Indero.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with ≥3 years in Phase I–III clinical trial PM.
• B.Sc. in a field related to clinical research.
• Experience managing dermatology and/or rheumatology trials; budgets > $3M USD.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH, plus FDA and Canadian regulations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary sponsor contact and provide timely trial updates.
• Oversee planning deliverables like protocol, eCRF, TLFs, and study reports.
• Lead start-up activities: TMF setup, site activation, vendor setup and budgeting.
• Ensure audit-ready studies and monitor QA deliverables.
• Manage project budget, internal hours, scope changes and recruitment timelines.
• Lead core project team and ensure training and cross-team coordination.
