Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager to lead clinical research projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to budget, scope and timelines. You will work under supervision and collaborate with senior managers to coordinate sponsors, vendors, sites and internal teams.

The role requires knowledge of GCP/ICH, strong communication, and organizational skills, with hybrid work in Argentina. Candidates should have at least 3 years in similar roles and 2 years coordinating trial activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar project management role in clinical studies.
• At least 2 years coordinating clinical trial management activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor, vendors and internal team throughout the study.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across departments involved in the project.
• Oversee project coordinators and resources to prioritize site activation activities.
• Engage with vendors to ensure supplies and services align with activation timelines.
• Escalate risks to project manager II when timelines are at risk and assist with corrective actions.
• Ensure team training and preparedness for project tasks and deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with budget, scope, timelines and SOPs.
