IQVIA in Argentina seeks a Site Activation Specialist to support country-level SA activities in line with local and international regulations and SOPs.

You will work with the SAM, Project Management, and sites to prepare documents, track timelines, and ensure quality across activation processes; strong English and life sciences background required.

Formación

• Advanced English; North America team support.
• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
• 3 years clinical research experience supporting site activation or regulatory tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Under general supervision, serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for investigative sites, SAM, Project Management and other departments; ensure SOPs, WIs, deliverables and timelines are met.
• Perform feasibility, site ID, start-up and site activation activities per regs, SOPs and work instructions; distribute documents to sites and team members.
• Prepare site documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project information.
• Review and provide feedback on site performance metrics to management.
• Review, establish and agree on project planning and timelines; ensure monitoring measures and contingencies.
• Inform team of completion of feasibility, site ID, regulatory and contractual documents for sites.
• Review, track and follow up progress of documents (CDA/SIF, regulatory, ethics, ICF, IP); align with timelines.
• Provide local expertise to SAMs during initial and ongoing planning.
• Perform quality control of documents provided by sites.
• May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives.
