Key Responsibilities

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Effective planning and organizational skills with good time management
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. Initiative and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team (if applicable)
6. Provide input into process improvements related to monitoring and site management activities
7. Extensive understanding of clinical research principles and processes
8. Knowledge of FDA and/or EU regulations, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements
9. Understanding of two to three therapeutic areas for Lead CRA responsibilities
10. Familiarity with standard operating procedures
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems like IxRS and EDC

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD), Pharmacist (MSPH, PharmD, PhD), or equivalent with at least three years as a CRA
• OR a four-year college degree in related sciences with at least five years as a CRA
• OR a nursing degree or equivalent with at least seven years as a CRA
• Willingness to travel; valid passport and driving license required
• Fluent in local languages and proficient in English
