Hybrid work model with in-office days, and collaboration across our global network. You will contribute to proposals and maintain meticulous project documentation while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Account Executive, Project Manager, or similar in a creative/marketing/tech agency.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong financial awareness for budgets, estimates and billing follow-ups.
• Stellar communication and presentation skills; read room and manage stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and collaborative work style in dynamic environments.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Craft detailed project plans, define scopes, build timelines, and allocate resources with the Account Supervisor.
• Track budgets and timelines, identify delays, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Serve as the main client contact for briefs and feedback and stay updated on industry trends.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document internal and client meetings with alignment on next steps.
• Create clear status reports and compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Support the Account Supervisor with planning, problem-solving, and new business pitches.
• Manage administrative workflow using Advertmind, including estimates, approvals, and invoicing.
• Maintain an organized archive of briefs, contracts, approvals, and related docs.
