Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts. We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage large-scale Project Site (over 2,500 people), preferably within the mining or oil & gas sectors.

This role involves overseeing the project site general facilities and managing transportation contracts (buses and flights) on a daily basis, as well as participating in supplier evaluation processes.

The selected candidate will lead a team responsible for the following areas (non-exhaustive list):

  • General facilities
  • Ground and air transportation
  • Catering
  • Recreation
  • Hospitality
  • Cleaning
  • Maintenance

The team includes both company employees (typically supervisors) and subcontracted service providers (mostly operational staff).

Service Areas Overview:

  • General Facilities:Ensure the Site operates according to established standards, manage supplier contracts, oversee maintenance plans, and maintain fluid communication with project teams, contractors, and the client.
  • Transportation:Supervise logistics for personnel transfers and Site occupancy, ensuring safe and timely travel aligned with HSE standards and roster schedules.
  • Catering:Provide meals (breakfast, lunch, breaks, dinner), daily baked goods, packed meals, bottled water, and dispensers across the project and housing modules. Ensure contract compliance, service quality, and timely delivery.
  • Recreation:Oversee recreational spaces including game rooms (pool, football, ping pong) and gym facilities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Hospitality:Manage daily accommodation reports for clients and Worley CM’s, ensure lodging for all site visitors (contractors, clients, authorities), maintain accurate reporting, and coordinate with planning teams. Also responsible for linen inventory.
  • Cleaning:Supervise cleaning of rooms and common areas, including housing modules, shared bathrooms, gym, recreation room, and offices, in line with safety and quality standards.
  • Laundry:Oversee laundry services for workwear and bedding, ensuring timely and proper delivery.
  • Maintenance:Ensure all site services are operational (electricity, water, heating, etc.), and maintain infrastructure (locks, lights, flooring, doors, seals, etc.).

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a background in Administration or related fields, and over 15 years of experience in camp management, general services, contractor oversight, or similar areas (catering, transportation).

Candidates should have basic knowledge of HSE, Quality Control, and Planning. Strong interpersonal skills, contractor management, and reporting capabilities are essential.

Fluency in English is highly preferred.

If you need any accessibility adjustments , please make sure to mention it in your application.
