Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst to advance automated quality practices for complex game systems. You will design tests, extend scripts, and collaborate with engineers to ensure stable, actionable automation results and smoother developer workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of QA/testing experience, strong C++ skills for test development, and proficiency with Selenium/Appium/JUnit, plus B2 English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quality engineering or software testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems.
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient.
• Extend existing automated scripts to keep pace with feature changes.
• Improve test reliability by identifying and fixing flaky or unstable checks.
• Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate intermittent issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide automated reproduction steps and technical context.
• Monitor automation pipeline health and execution efficiency within CI/CD systems.
• Translate manual test requirements into executable technical specifications.
• Advise the studio on effective use of automation tools and frameworks.
