Job summary

EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Lead Automation Tester to drive automation strategy and quality across a complex game development lifecycle. You will lead a small specialist team, partner closely with engineers, and expand automated test coverage.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, leading automation priorities, maintaining test suites, and mentoring a QA team while communicating risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• 3+ years of automated testing and/or scripting.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in test planning, QA best practices, and mentorship.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, and JUnit.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency.

• CI/CD experience with systems such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or Horde
• Game testing experience across multiple lifecycle phases for AAA titles
