Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Process mapping and data modeling at a business level.
• Hands-on Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of leading client meetings with US stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical literacy for conversations about APIs, integrations, databases, and system constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and open questions early; drive to resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog.
• Work with UI/UX design in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
• Coordinate QA to translate acceptance criteria into test coverage.
• Support sprint demos and user acceptance testing with clients.
• Keep requirements docs in Google Drive with decisions and rationale.
• Capture compliance, security, and SOC 2 considerations explicitly.
• Be a trusted point of contact for clients on scope questions.
• Translate between business and technical audiences clearly.
• Surface scope changes early and explain tradeoffs.
