Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem.

You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope and estimates for new projects.

Formación

• Experience turning ambiguous input into clear requirements.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions with clients and teams.
• Strong skills in mapping processes and data modeling at business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current and future-state processes, rules, and data definitions.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and questions early and drive resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Prioritize backlog with the Product Manager and groom for sprints.
• Collaborate with UI/UX in Figma to align flows with requirements.
• Support QA to translate acceptance criteria into test coverage.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and sprint demos with clients.
• Organize requirements docs in Google Drive and capture rationale.
• Capture compliance, security, and audit requirements as explicit items.
