Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and analytics solutions across LATAM and emerging markets. You will translate market needs into actionable specifications and coordinate with delivery teams to implement supply analytics capabilities.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong requirements management, and expertise in KPI frameworks. You will engage in workshops, design current and future states, and support testing activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis within Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, planning cycles, and KPI frameworks.
• Expertise in requirements management, process control, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in defining business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead requirements-gathering workshops with LATAM and other emerging markets.
• Align with stakeholders to drive current-state assessment, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design.
• Define business requirements, user stories, process flows, KPIs, and acceptance criteria.
• Create mapping documents and ensure detailed understanding of market requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support supply analytics solutions on Azure Databricks.
• Support SIT/UAT and business alignment activities.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
