Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Data Engineering to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. You will focus on data modeling, source system analysis, and ensuring that application functionality aligns with business objectives.

This remote LATAM role, preferably based in Argentina, involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting data mappings, validating features, and supporting UAT and business validation activities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience analyzing and documenting data sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred).

Position Description

This role will focus on data modeling, source system analysis, business process understanding, and ensuring that application functionality aligns with business objectives.

Must Have Skills:
