A leading company in the beverage sector is seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador to uphold brand excellence in Argentina. This remote role involves leading a team of Brand Ambassadors, driving consumer engagement and developing strong relationships within the nightlife scene to achieve brand objectives.

Formación

  • Minimum 4-year experience in related positions.
  • Knowledge and experience of the local night life scene

  • Lead and motivate the BA’s team to execute branding priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with local distributors for brand growth.
  • Provide field coaching to BA’s and monitor client base.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Ambassador for a liqueur German company, to be the guardian of excellence for brand execution and driver of local consumer buzz. The ideal candidate will lead other Brand Ambassadors to validate the fulfillment of the brand’s objectives and must be responsible for the brand, authentically embodying, and promoting the values of the company.
Location: Argentina – Remote

Requirements
  • Education: Minimum technical degree, additional formation in sales and/or marketing is valuable.
  • A high-performance track record with a minimum of 4-year experience in related positions is required
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Capability to learn new systems platforms
  • Planning and project management
  • Knowledge and experience of the local on premise and the night life scene
Your Activities
  • Lead by example and motivate the reporting BA’s team and the network of local distributors to execute the branding and channel priorities.
  • Strategically increase commercial push and consumer pull in the national key accounts.
  • Have strong On-Premise relationships with the local Distributor in order to build the brand and ensure business growth.
  • Work with the Area Manager, BA’s and promoters to meet the objectives set by the Brand Manager.
  • Visit BA’s territories to give on field coaching and supervise client base evolution.
  • Report progress regularly to the Area & Brand Manager, updating on all activity, BAs team performance and future plans.
  • Liaison with Internal Departments in DP and Brand Owner representative(s).
  • Generate consolidated reports that outline customers segmentation, development with the brand and its imagery, support of commercial team, amongst others.
