Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards, run analyses, and convert large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards and reports, validate data sources, and act as a data partner across functions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SQL, 3+ years in Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining or migrating Tableau models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner to set priorities and next steps.
