AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports that turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, Python experience, and proficiency with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience including migrating models to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
