Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to serve as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to real business decisions. You’ll turn operational friction into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product.

Comfort with ERP and CPQ systems matters, and you will work with global teams to align processes, define non-technical requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in financial systems or revenue operations.
• Understanding of quotes, orders, billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Strong communication with finance, legal, and product leaders.
• Ability to map processes and define non-technical business requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP and CPQ data flows into BI platforms.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across internal FinSys teams and finance leadership.
• Translate business needs into BI, ML, and AI opportunities.
• Write PRDs and roadmaps, partnering with TDMs and engineers.
• Ensure quoting, billing, and revenue recognition data are correctly captured downstream.
