Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to own the data strategy across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes. You will connect financial data to business decisions, surfacing friction and turning it into analytics, AI/ML opportunities, and data products.

Collaboration with Sales, Legal, Accounting and Product is essential. You will work with ERP/CPQ systems and drive initiatives that improve revenue recognition, pricing validation, and downstream BI outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or tech environments.
Solid grasp of core accounting terminology, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Excellent communication and high energy to map processes with busy finance/legal teams.
Ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for dashboards and reporting.
Understanding of ERP/CPQ data flows into BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Build relationships across FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface operational friction points.
Connect pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities in finance data needs.
Write PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical requirements with delivery managers and engineers.
Ensure quotes, billing, and revenue recognition are captured in downstream data products.
