Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to connect financial data with business decisions across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to surface friction and unlock data-driven improvements.

You will translate complex financial workflows into clear BI requirements, working with Delivery Managers and engineers to implement downstream data solutions and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Solid grasp of core accounting terminology, the contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to map processes with finance, legal, and product leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across internal FinSys teams (Orders, Invoicing, Billing) and finance leadership to surface operational friction points.
• Connect operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities, uncovering data needs and business impact.
• Author clean PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements, partnering with Delivery Managers and engineering teams.
• Ensure complex financial processes (quoting, deal structuring, billing, revenue recognition) are captured in downstream data products.
