Sur seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to own a cloud data platform and dashboard portfolio. You will shepherd data from source systems into BigQuery, build Python ETL pipelines, and manage Tableau dashboards for executives and operators.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, People, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate data for decision making and AI-enabled workflows across the business.

Formación

• 8+ years in BI, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a hybrid
• 3+ years hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience with BigQuery and related services
• Strong Python for ETL and maintaining pipelines
• Advanced SQL in cloud data warehouses
• Experience designing Tableau dashboards from scratch
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
• English at B2 level or higher
• Active use of AI in engineering workflow

Responsabilidades

• Own and architect the GCP data environment and security with IT
• Develop Python ETL pipelines from Toggl, Rippling, Xero, and Salesforce into BigQuery
• Own Tableau dashboard portfolio end-to-end, including connections and refresh schedules
• Build new dashboards for executive, director, and operational audiences
• Maintain data integrity across analytics layer and diagnose issues
• Be the first point of contact when a dashboard or pipeline breaks and own resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
