Salt Square is seeking a Senior BI Developer to transform healthcare data into meaningful insights. You will design scalable BI solutions, build dashboards in Tableau, and optimize data models for self-service analytics.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams, mentor juniors, and ensure data quality across AWS Redshift warehouses. Experience with healthcare data and US-based teams is a plus.

Formación

• Advanced SQL skills with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift preferred).
• 2+ years of Tableau experience, including dashboard development and performance optimization.
• Experience with other BI/reporting tools will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable BI solutions and write advanced SQL queries.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or equivalent BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure data quality and optimize reporting performance for informed decision-making.
