Chevron Corporation is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Specialist in Buenos Aires to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that reveal project performance and workforce metrics. You will generate detailed reports on talent attraction results and support HR initiatives with data-driven insights.

The role requires 3+ years in business intelligence, strong Power BI and data storytelling skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence and report development.
• Intermediate proficiency with Power BI, Power Query and other reporting tools; strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide insights into project performance, workforce metrics, and other HR reporting.
• Develop and generate detailed reports on selection results to evaluate talent attraction strategies.
• Partner with Business HR, HRSS and HR COEs to identify analytics needs and opportunities.
• Support HR enterprise initiatives requiring data support by Business Unit; offer data analysis and storytelling for regional needs.
• Forge partnerships with other Service Delivery Model components to establish reporting standards and drive initiatives.
• Demonstrate proficiency with reporting technologies such as Data Lake, Workday Prism, Workday Discovery Board.
