Job summary

AgileEngine in Argentina seeks a Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end analytics, work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, and collaborate across functions in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with customers, validate data sources, and drive data-driven decisions with a focus on business impact and accuracy. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities
