You will design, build, and maintain distributed backend services with Java and Python, owning features end-to-end while collaborating with a highly technical team. English fluency and ownership mindset are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of software/backend engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Python experience in production-grade systems.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development experience preferred.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Proven ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features and services from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Build production-ready systems focusing on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• Participate in architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
