• 8+ years of software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience in production systems.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Excellent ownership, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English level.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
