ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in LATAM Southern Cone. This in-country role focuses on enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that set benchmarks for AI marketing.

As the first marketing hire in LATAM Southern Cone, you will shape how regional businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs, building repeatable engines that make us the top choice for every enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years at a high-growth tech company driving enterprise pipeline.
• Ownership pedigree: lead growth projects end-to-end and prove ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone market and buyers.
• Ability to work with minimal process and high speed.
• Relentless commitment to excellence and strong judgment on marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the Southern Cone from strategy to execution.
• Own field marketing: plan events, represent at conferences, and run high-touch formats to build pipeline.
• Localize programs across ABM, content, webinars, partnerships, and product launches.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Southern Cone and feed local insights to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global teams to ensure messaging consistency and high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance; measure results and run experiments.
