ON.energy is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable AWS environments with autonomy and technical leadership.

You will partner with DevOps, Security, and Applications teams, own cloud platform reliability, and drive IaC, networking, and automation across multi-account environments to deliver secure, high-performance cloud solutions.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on AWS experience: EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, Route 53, S3, RDS, CloudWatch.
• Advanced networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, CIDR design, routing, firewalls, load balancing.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Strong Linux systems knowledge.
• Experience operating in multi-account AWS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, deployment, and optimization of AWS infrastructure using IaC.
• Own networking architecture and implementation, including: VPC design, subnet strategy, routing, VPN, site-to-site VPN, Internet Gateways, NAT Gateways, Security Groups, Network ACLs, VPC Peering, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink.
• Architect and support hybrid and multi-account AWS environments at scale.
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex networking issues, including VPN, Direct Connect, and routing challenges.
• Drive CI/CD and infrastructure automation initiatives in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Proactively monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, scalability, and availability.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
• Ensure adherence to AWS security best practices and compliance standards.
• Produce and maintain high‑quality technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
