Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a senior DevOps/SRE specialist to join our expanding team. You will design and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms for US and LATAM clients, focusing on reliability, performance, and compliance.

Formación

5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
Experience operating Aurora/PostgreSQL in production with multi-AZ failover and read replicas.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Experience with Docker and ECS/Fargate, plus CI/CD pipelines.
Security-focused with vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and hardening.
Experience supporting SOC 2 audit evidence and client security reviews.
Incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
Ability to overlap US business hours.
Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.
