Bluelight is a leading software consultancy expanding across the Americas, seeking a senior DevOps/SRE specialist. The role focuses on building secure, scalable cloud platforms using AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora) and IaC, with a strong emphasis on reliability, monitoring, and compliance.

You will work on challenging projects for diverse clients, collaborating with top engineers. Remote-friendly with overlap to US business hours, competitive compensation, and ongoing professional development

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience with Aurora/PostgreSQL in production, multi-AZ failover, read replicas, and replica lag monitoring.
• IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Docker and ECS/Fargate containerization.
• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Security-focused: vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and hardening.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar audits.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
