Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE to join our expanding team, focusing on AWS-based infrastructure, IaC, and secure, scalable deployments. You will own CI/CD pipelines, operate ECS/Fargate and Aurora/PostgreSQL, and implement observability, security controls, and rollback strategies, while collaborating with US clients in a remote, international model.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS: ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3.
• Production Aurora/PostgreSQL with multi-AZ failover, read replicas, lag monitoring.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Deployment automation and rollback drills.
• Observability tooling with OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, etc.
• Load testing with k6 or similar; latency SLOs.
• Security-first mindset: secrets mgmt, vulnerability scanning, hardening.
• SOC 2 audit evidence support.
• Incident response, on-call, root-cause analysis.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
