Bluelight is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps engineer to join our growing team in Argentina. You will manage AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch) and drive CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and system reliability for complex applications.

You will collaborate on security, auditing, and incident response while aligning with US business hours. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a strong ownership mindset and passion for quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Production experience with Aurora/PostgreSQL, multi-AZ failover, replicas and lag monitoring.
• IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and rollback drills.
• Monitoring, logging, observability with OpenTelemetry or CloudWatch.
• Security-first mindset, vulnerability scanning and hardening practices.
• SOC 2 audit support, incident response, and on-call rotations.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex systems and overlap US hours.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong ownership and client-focused delivery.
