You will own infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices, ensuring high availability and compliance for complex systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid learning, and delivering quality services to a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment with remote-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps experience.
• AWS services including ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3.
• Production experience with Aurora/PostgreSQL, including multi-AZ failover and read replicas.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Deployment automation with rollback drills and tested rollback paths.
• Observability tools experience: OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, etc.
• Load testing and latency SLOs with tools like k6.
• Security-focused: vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance/hardening.
• Supporting SOC 2 audit evidence and client security reviews.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, root-cause analysis.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Client-focused dedication and strong problem-solving.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
