Job summary

Bluelight Consulting seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a high-scale cloud platform for an Identity Security/Cybersecurity project. You will drive IaC, containerized deployments, and robust CI/CD across distributed teams in LATAM.

You will work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, and observability stacks, shaping platform engineering, security, and automation to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Deep Kubernetes/EKS expertise.
• Terraform IaC and automation experience.
• Docker and containerized environments mastery.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Linux administration and Ansible familiarity.
• Scripting in Python and Bash; observability tooling exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes/EKS; ensure reliability.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/ELK.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and SRE teams for platform security.
