Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure for a cybersecurity platform. You will work primarily with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools while collaborating with software engineering, QA, security, and IT teams.

You will contribute to platform engineering initiatives, drive automation, improve reliability, and optimize cloud costs, all within a 100% remote, USD-contracted role.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Kubernetes cluster management, ideally EKS.
• IaC with Terraform and Docker-based environments.
• CI/CD pipeline construction with major tools.
• Linux administration and automation with Ansible or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Develop automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab).
• Improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Support platform security and cost optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment strategies.
