Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business finance.
• Advanced understanding of month-end close processes, financial controls, and profitability analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
• Technical skills in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Alteryx.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the month-end close process for client profitability.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and present monthly financial results and variance analysis.
• Present key performance indicators and profitability trends to senior management.
• Develop and deliver analytics to support business decisions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
