As a Senior Associate, you will lead critical close and reporting activities, deliver actionable analytics, and partner with stakeholders across global teams. As a Senior Associate in Global Banking P&A, you will be instrumental in elevating client profitability data accuracy/ integrity. You will deliver actionable insights, oversee month-end close, and drive collaboration across global teams-upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and data integrity while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the month-end close process for client profitability

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
• Technical skills in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Alteryx
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Proven record of process improvements
• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in a large financial institution
• Python/ SQL knowledge required
