J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Control specialist to support daily P&L reporting, month-end close, and robust financial controls. You will partner with desks and management to deliver accurate reporting and implement new business initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in product or financial control, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to build relationships across teams. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.

• 5+ years in product control or financial control.
• Experience with P&L and month-end close.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation with control focus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of financial products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily P&L reporting and month-end close processes.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desks, business managers and senior finance management.
• Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiatives.
• Coordinate across front & back office to resolve control and reporting issues.
• Serve as analytical and project support resource for product control.
• Handle various ad-hoc requests daily.
