About Executive Search
Our Executive Search line of business covers over 20 offices across EMEA with dedicated Partner, Principal, Associate and support teams covering five markets; Technology & Board, Financial Services, Advanced Technology, Consumer and Life Sciences. Our diverse functions include CEO, Board Practice, Human Resources and Corporate Officers practices.
The Technology & Board team in the Netherlands is a close-knit team with a strong culture and longstanding team camaraderie. The Dutch Executive Search team has several examples of where an individual began as a Research Associate and is now a Principal, so professional and personal development is an element that is well anchored in the organization. The Technology and Boards practice is a successful team where both engagement levels and the pace of the activities are high.
Working closely with the two Regional Partners, the role holder is responsible for end-to-end execution of Board, Technology, CEO and C-suite searches, including identifying, engaging and assessing potential candidates, report writing, client handling and candidate interactions/guidance and providing support / getting involved in business development, pitch work/preparation and board events. The engagements would encompass all industries for the Board practice, mainly in the Netherlands and occasionally outside of the Netherlands. The Tech space includes high tech, Semicon, software, digital platforms, telecoms and media and is very internationally oriented.
