Job Description & Summary

In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Preferred Certifications
  • CAPM or PMP certification.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Project Management Expertise: Operating in a project engagement role as part of a Project Management Office, including using proven project management methodology to develop and implement common forms of project management procedures and tools such as project plans, governance structure, status reporting, communication framework and/or issue registers.
  • Project Methodology: Use of PMO frameworks and tools such as project plans, governance structures, status reporting, communication frameworks, and issue tracking.
  • Professional Services Background: Performing in a project engagement role within a professional services environment, preferably with a background in providing core assurance/auditing services and/or services relating to transactions (e.g., IPOs, divestitures and business combinations).
  • Technical & Digital Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience working with large datasets, building models, and using data visualization tools, and interest in automation and digitization.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing comprehension.
