Job summary

Cencora is seeking to fill a warehouse support role in Argentina to ensure smooth shipment, inventory, and reconciliation processes. The team supports resolution of issues, allocates materials, and maintains accurate records while ensuring compliance with routing and documentation standards.

Knowledge in pharmacy operations, systems, and adjudication is required, along with strong communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement.
• Controls inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness.
• Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.
• Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs.
• Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.
• Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
