The team is seeking a standout AI Engineering talent to join their fast-paced environment and drive progress in the development of AI models and the overall AI architecture that will power the company. They operate with agility and a strong emphasis on proactivity, communication, collaboration, ownership, technical excellence, and execution.

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)

• Design and build multi-agent AI systems and production-ready agentic backends.
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering, grounding, and context management techniques.
• Work across the full agent execution cycle: reasoning, planning, action, and feedback.
• Contribute across the stack using TypeScript.
• Lead model fine-tuning and the development of scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist).
• Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangFlow).
• Experience with production-grade agentic backends, including monitoring, memory management, and logging.
• Strong expertise building RAG-based systems.
• Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
• Experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, model grounding, and effective context management.
• Strong awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem.
• Resides in LATAM.

Nice to Have

• Solid understanding of linear algebra, differential math, statistics, and AI-focused computer science algorithms.
• Experience across the entire AI development cycle: from data discovery and exploratory analysis to model development, testing, pipeline creation, and MLOps.
• Background working in Azure-based MLOps workflows.
• Experience working in start-up or fast-paced environments.
• React 18 - 19.
