AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to architect and build automated security layers within the SDLC, with a focus on Python-powered secure code runbooks, tool deployment, and remediation guidance for development teams. This senior role emphasizes autonomy and experience in AppSec and DevSecOps within large-scale programs, including SAST/DAST/SCA and Java expertise.

You will work remotely with flexible hours and collaborate across global teams on secure-by-design

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in security or DevSecOps.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Python for security automation.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer and deploy AI-enabled secure code scanning capabilities.
• Automate secure coding patterns and integrate with SDLC workflows.
• Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA tools into enterprise CI/CD pipelines and tune noise.
• Review complex Java/Python code to provide remediation guidance.
