Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.

About the Role:

• Process Automation: Implement and manage automations to optimize workflow.
• Data Analysis and Organization: Analyze and sort data to obtain relevant and useful information.
• Data Management and Reporting Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data management and reporting.
• Perform data analysis, especially in the NPS area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
• Organize and transform information into understandable structures.
• Use data to predict trends in the customer base and consumer population.
• Perform statistical analysis of data.
• Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats such as charts and graphs.
• Prepare reports and present them to management or clients.
• Identify and recommend new ways to reduce costs by optimizing business processes.
• Monitor data quality and eliminate corrupt data.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop and analyze possible solutions, even before they are aware of their need.
• Oversee and maintain our team's operating procedures and project related documentation using Confluence as well as MS Word and Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Data analysis, Pendo, NPS, HTML, CSS
• Experience: 5 years of experience
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of information security and data protection
• Proper information security management
