Compass is seeking an experienced Senior Android Software Engineer (Contractor through Deel) to join a remote team based in Argentina. You will lead delivery of complex Android projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ship reliable features.

Formación

• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional Android development using Kotlin.
• Experience implementing RESTful services and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of complex Android projects and define technical direction.
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and write high quality tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering and operational excellence.
• Create clear documentation and runbooks for services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship reliable features.
