The role focuses on dimensional modeling (star schemas), medallion architecture (Bronze-Silver-Gold), and semantic layer definitions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver trusted metrics and insights. Excellent English and hands-on SQL/dbt skills are essential; 100% remote work and USD compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering.
• Proficient in dbt and Snowflake.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and medallion architecture.
• Modeling GTM and CRM data (Salesforce, Gong).
• Strong SQL and data quality practices.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production dbt models on Snowflake.
• Design dimensional models (star schemas, conformed dimensions).
• Structure data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers (medallion).
• Develop semantic layer definitions and metrics.
• Model GTM and CRM data from Salesforce, Gong, and logs.
• Apply dbt testing, validation, and documentation.
