Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Reconciliations & Accounting Analysis Senior Analyst. You will manage financial records, analyze data, and assist in compliance with accounting standards while building client relationships and guiding teams.

English proficiency is required; Power BI and Power Automate are desirable. You will work within Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to support financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or reconciliations.
• Background in balance sheet or account reconciliations.
• General accounting knowledge.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze complex data sets to provide accurate financial insights.
• Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Implement account reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity.
