Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Finance Operations Assurance & Tax Senior Analyst to support financial operations, improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive automation across shared services within Finance Consulting.

As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and develop technical skills while collaborating with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Qualifications

English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience with stakeholder management.
Interest or experience with AI tools and automation.
Background in administration, finance, or accounting with process improvement exposure.
Awareness of finance operations and controls.

Responsibilities

Analyze finance operations to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support financial reporting, close activities, and controllership tasks.
Apply accounting practices and internal controls to validate data.
Review AP/AR, order-to-cash, and fixed assets workflows for efficiency.
Interpret financial data and forecasts to provide actionable recommendations.
Use financial systems and digital tooling to boost automation and data integrity.
Coordinate documentation and testing for process changes and accounting updates.
Build client connections and guide junior colleagues on workstreams.
Support Information Management, including data protection practices.
Ensure robust Information Security management practices.
