Job summary

Felix is seeking a Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end—from proposal and onboarding to ongoing optimization across SEO, social, and paid media. You will draft brand messaging with Claude, edit for client tone, and improve workflows by building Claude-based tools.

You will join multi-location campaigns, align tracking, and manage communications across time zones, helping scale operations with client-centric, data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients at an agency or solo practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools; experience building with Claude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking, and channels within ~2 weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and page copy, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts to read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
