JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Applied AI/ML Associate Sr to drive adoption and ROI of AI/ML products. You will combine go-to-market and technical skills to build PoCs, surface success metrics, and engage stakeholders. You will translate user feedback into product improvements and help communicate value across teams.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, collaboration with Product and Engineering, and delivering measurable business impact through dashboards and visuals.

Formación

• Experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and multi-channel outreach.
• Strong ability to collect and synthesize user feedback and measure ROI.
• Familiar with AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, agent skills, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on with AI/ML PoCs, Bedrock platform, and guardrails.
• Proficient Python coding for agents with LangChain and REST APIs.
• Experience building dashboards and BI dashboards to visualize metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage key user personas and tailor messaging.
• Communicate value propositions and drive multi-channel outreach.
• Maximize engagement across digital channels with use cases and success stories.
• Collect structured user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Adapt GTM approach based on feedback, adoption patterns, and market trends.
• Track adoption, user satisfaction, engagement, and ROI metrics.
• Build AI/ML PoCs and agentic workflows for proof of value.
• Develop dashboards to surface adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Champion responsible AI principles in communications and demos.
