Coderio is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Engineering Core. You will design, build, and operate reusable AI capabilities that empower software teams to adopt Generative AI safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role spans backend, cloud platforms, and AI foundations, including LLM gateways, model routing, and evaluation frameworks. You will own end-to-end delivery with strong emphasis on observability and security.

Formación

• Senior-level software/AI engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Strong Python skills, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and MCP.
• Excellent English communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate reusable AI capabilities and services.
• Develop LLM gateways, model routing, and prompt strategies.
• Create evaluation frameworks and observability pipelines.
• Define production AI standards and automated testing.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment.
• Automate internal tooling to boost developer velocity.
