BairesDev is hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs) to design, develop, and optimize production-grade AI applications powered by large language models. You will translate complex data requirements into scalable AI solutions and ensure robust performance across LLM architectures.

You will drive RAG pipelines, semantic search, and automated ETL/ELT processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software/AI Engineering or related field.
• Strong Python proficiency and LLM integration with OpenAI APIs.
• Proven experience building RAG workflows and semantic search.
• Experience with orchestration tools like LangChain or Agentic workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and semantic search features.
• Develop and integrate high-performance layers with LLM APIs for complex workflows.
• Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines for unstructured data in AI workflows.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring for AI output accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
